- Straight Bar Lacing: This method involves lacing the shoe so that the laces form a straight line across each pair of eyelets. Start by running the lace through the bottom pair of eyelets from the inside. Then, alternate feeding the ends of the lace into the next eyelet up on each side.
- Criss-Cross Lacing: This is probably how your shoes were laced when you bought them. It involves crossing the laces over each other as you feed them through the eyelets from the outside.
- Diagonal Lacing: This method is similar to criss-cross lacing, but instead of crossing in an “X” pattern, the laces cross in a “/” pattern.
- Over-Under Lacing: This method involves running one end of the lace straight up the inside and out through the next higher eyelet, then straight across on the outside and in through the opposite eyelet.
